Returns and Exchanges

While we hope you love all your products, if you do change your mind, orders may be exchanged for store credit within 21 days of purchase date.

Refunds will not be offered unless the product is faulty or damaged. You must advise us of any faulty items within 7 days of your delivered date.

All products will be thoroughly inspected before dispatch, as will any returned items. 

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returns.

Return postage is not covered by JAE + BAE. If you wish to return an item, postage will be at the customers expense.

We recommend using a postage option that allows you to track your order, as any issues will not be responsibility of JAE + BAE.
